Based in Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Kent, we provide mindfulness training in the workplace and other settings.
The approach we use has been researched in many settings and results suggest that it can improve health and wellbeing, increase focus, reduce stress and improve both decision-making and strategic thinking abilities. Teaching mindfulness as an 8-week course, the core of all our programmes, embeds practices into everyday life. It offers a new way of working with challenges and helps us to become more content, appreciative, wise and compassionate.
Our team has experience in both public and private sectors, including working in Human Resources and Organisational Development. We aim to work with organisations to introduce mindfulness in ways that are both cost effective and pragmatic. We also have experience of teaching mindfulness on public courses and through workshops at other events.
