Based in Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and Kent, we provide mindfulness training in the workplace.

The approach we use, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), has been researched in many settings and has been shown to increase focus, reduce stress and improve both decision-making and strategic thinking abilities.Teaching mindfulness as an 8-week course, the core of all our workplace programmes, embeds practices into everyday life. It offers a new way of working with challenges and helps us to become more content, appreciative, wise and compassionate.

Our team has experience in both public and private sectors, including working in Human Resources and Organisational Development. We aim to work with organisations to introduce mindfulness in ways that are both cost effective and pragmatic.

Our Approach

Every workplace is different, and we will work with you to produce a tailormade mindfulness programme that is both cost effective and pragmatic. Our core work involves delivering the 8-week courses that embed mindfulness into everyday life and that are shown to be effective, but we can also provide taster sessions, workshops and ongoing support. We offer a range of approaches to delivery; we believe there are huge benefits to teaching face to face but we are also able to offer the programme by Zoom.
