Our intention is to offer workshops and retreats from 2021. These will combine mindfulness with creativity and a number of other ways to improve wellbeing. We will be updating our website with more information as we develop these throughout 2020.

Finding Peace in a Frantic World: Virtual Zoom Course

8 Week 'Finding Peace in a Frantic World’ open course, taught virtually by zoom, with an initial orientation week prior to the course.

 
Cost £80. Participants will also need to purchase a copy of the ‘Finding Peace in a Frantic World’ book by Mark Williams, available from Amazon and all good book shops.
 
Thursday lunchtime course 12- 13.30pm
 
Orientation session 1st October
 
8 weeks from 8th October - 3rd Dec, with a break for one week for half term on 29th October.
 
 
Tuesday Evening Course 7pm - 8.30pm
 
Orientation session 29th September
 
8 weeks from 6th October - 1st Dec with a break for half term on 27th October
